So we had missed the pulse of things, and we had to reframe it.”

And now working with Gloat as a Design Partner on Mosaic to support the OKR process

19:45 “How do we break down work? So let's say, as an individual, or even as a leader. I have my key results. I want to accomplish for the next fiscal year, right? And we work through OKRs… When we go into the gloat mosaic inside Talent Link, they can put their key results in there, and then it breaks it down for them into digestible next steps to actually get the work done. It's unbelievable what this potential could be..The other part is, it gives you things you wouldn't have thought of. Right...leveraging the AI gives you 3 more things that you wouldn't have thought of, because that's the horsepower of AI."
