Who is this community portal for?

The Gloat community portal is a dedicated space for members of our customer core teams to access best in class content curated by both fellow customers, and the Gloat team. Whether you're embarking on your initial Gloat journey, or have been a valued customer for years, this site has something for everyone.

What will I find on the community portal?

The site offers a lot of information for you to access on demand, encompassed in the following three sections:

Community Events: All prior customer community events, and the associated recordings/assets for you to access on demand
Change Management Academy: Gloat’s tailor made change management approach, and materials that have been refined over the past 4 years to be strategically built for the purposes of implementing/sustaining Talent Marketplace
Get Inspired: Success stories from your fellow customers that we hope will inspire you, and your organization on its respective Gloat journey. You can also submit your own story in this section, and we will be happy to feature your organization on the site!

What are the rules and privacy guidance for the
content on the site?

Please see the full user privacy guidelines here. While we appreciate social media shout-outs, and customer appreciation for the materials, we kindly request that you refrain from sharing any of the site's content outside of your organization. The Gloat Customer Community is designed to foster collaboration and learning within your team – we appreciate your cooperation in keeping these valuable resources within the community.

How can I get more involved in the community?

We would love to have you more involved in our Gloat customer community. Getting plugged in is easy, see below:

Attend the Gloat customer community events, this is a very simple way to get to know us, and your fellow community members better
Submit a success story in the Get Inspired section! We would also be happy to chat with you live after your submission to help refine the story as needed
Raise your hand to lead, or partner with us on an upcoming community event. Reach out to gloatcustomercommunity@gloat.com if you would like to be involved in a future event, and we will share more details
